Taylor Walls is a passionate educator and instructional leader dedicated to empowering teachers and students to reach their highest potential. With a strong background in early childhood instruction and a focus on data-driven decision-making, Taylor helps educators create meaningful learning experiences that foster curiosity and confidence. As an Academic Resource Teacher and Math Coach, Taylor collaborates with teachers to strengthen instructional practices, support professional growth, and promote equitable outcomes for all learners. She believes in the power of authentic relationships, innovative teaching, and reflective practice to create lasting change in schools and communities.

Principal Lisette Montalvo

Lisette Montalvo is a Latinx Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC), practicing in Maryland. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and has experience teaching and supporting individuals as they work to empower themselves through insight, growth, and healing. She approaches every situation with a curious mind and a deep respect for each person’s unique story. An avid reader, she is committed to lifelong learning and culturally attuned, compassionate care.

Principal Jacqueline Marshall

Dr. Jacqueline Marshall was born in Washington D.C and raised in Prince George’s County Maryland. Having attended Kettering Elementary and Middle School before graduating from Largo High School in 1994, she is a proud product of Prince George’s County. Dr. Marshall went on to the University of MD College Park where she graduated in 1998 and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. From there she obtained a Master of Arts in Reading Education from Bowie State University and a Masters of Science in Administration and Leadership from Trinity University, both degrees received in 2006. Dr. Marshall received her Doctorate Degree in Leadership and Policy from the University of Maryland College Park in 2017. She worked for the Prince George’s County Public School system for a total of 19 successful years. Dr. Marshall is a passionate Champion for Children. She always puts children first and believes that “we cannot predict the future, but we can create it.” 

 Dr. Marshall also started an Education Consultancy Company in 2022, Our Promise to Education LLC located in Lanham, MD.

 Dr. Marshall resides in Bowie Maryland with her two lovely children, Bobby, and Kalyn. She inspires them every day to love themselves, show care and concern for others, and believe in God. She shares this scripture, “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths (Proverbs 3:5-6)

Principal Tara Lobin

Dr. Tara Lobin is a dedicated educational leader committed to ensuring all children have access to high-quality learning. She holds a B.S. in Elementary Education, an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership, and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy from Howard University, along with a Diversity and Inclusion certification from Cornell University. Beginning her career as an elementary teacher, she advanced through nearly every school-based leadership role, including Teacher Leader, Instructional Coach, Resident Principal, and Principal of a large Title I school. Dr. Lobin has also served as Mentor Principal, Director of Title I, and School Improvement Coach. She currently works as a national leadership coach and consultant, and guest lectures at Howard University.

Principal Ebony Harris

Ebony L. Harris is a strategic, influential, and resourceful instructional leader with over 21 years of experience in education. With expertise in English Language Learners, cultural responsiveness, teacher empowerment, leadership development, and a deep commitment to equity and excellence, she has led a richly diverse school community of over 900 students and 100 staff, representing more than 30 countries and 26 languages.

Ebony builds capacity in teachers and leaders through Gallup strength-based coaching, differentiation, and relationship-centered professional development. She is known for her ability to communicate with clarity, listen with intention, and guide others into solution-driven, purpose-filled action. Her coaching has supported educators now serving as principals, assistant principals, and empowered teacher leaders across the country.

She has presented at national conferences including the National SAM Conference, the NAESP Conference, and Prince George’s County’s Community Schools Convening. As a motivational speaker, minister, and founder of Principals with Principles, LLC, Ebony equips educators, entrepreneurs, and everyday people to align their leadership with their values.

Outside of her professional work, Ebony finds her greatest joy in nurturing her miracle daughter, Zuri—whom she also homeschools—cultivating meaningful connections with her family and close friends, and growing in faith and partnership with her husband, Dewayne. Together, they embrace the complexity and chaos of marriage, parenting, and purpose, believing that even imperfect stories can become testimonies of healing, resilience, and hope.
